I’m continually adding free Zoom webinars for Fairy followers, open to you and others interested in learning and trying my “Daily Practice.” These are the techniques I’ve used for more than 25 years to re-regulate my brain and emotions, supporting the healing of Childhood PTSD. There are two simple techniques we’ll cover in each 55-minute webinar:
- Writing fears and resentments and asking for them to be removed/releasing them
- 20-minute simple meditation
- Time for Q&A with me
You’re invited to register for one or more of the webinars. You will remain anonymous to all but me in the call — your face and voice will not be shown but you’ll have the opportunity to send me questions during the call, via chat. Once you take one webinar, you’ll be invited to smaller, face-to-face meetings where we’ll write and meditate together.
