Official diagnosis with Complex PTSD is a “hypothetical and experimental diagnosis” that for now, is lumped in with standard PTSD. But what’s the difference? And (as many of you have asked) why do I keep referring to the effects of abuse and neglect in childhood as “Childhood PTSD?” Is that real?
In this I explain the different terms, as well as their relationship to “Adverse Childhood Experiences” (or ACEs), and how to determine your own ACE score.
And here, you’ll find my own quiz, designed to help you consider the signs of Childhood PTSD that you’ve experienced.
If you’d like to learn more about my full online course, “Healing Childhood PTSD,” you’ll find that here.
AND, you’ll find a lot more of my videos on my YouTube channel.
I have a short posting schedule this week because I’m on vacation! But I’ll see you again next week.
