You’re Invited: My NEW Online Course “Healing Childhood PTSD” Is Open Now!

Our little team here has been busy with last minute touches, and the course is finally ready for it’s first participants! This video gives a brief overview:

Inside the course you’ll find 32 videos (more than three hours of content) covering:

  1. What we know about Childhood PTSD and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and their effects on our adult lives
  2. The root problem with Childhood PTSD — dysregulation of the brain, nervous system, emotions and impulses
  3. Instruction in following my daily re-regulation practice with simple, effective techniques that help you recover faster from intense reactions, and stay regulated more of the time
  4. Step-by-step guidance to heal the self-defeating behaviors that so often flow from Childhood PTSD

In addition to videos, there’s a 28-page workbook, a private Facebook group open only to course registrants, and periodic group coaching calls to answer questions and get your started on your own Daily Practice. Click here to learn more and register!

The cost is $100 USD, but now through June 16, I’m offering existing followers of the blog a 33% discount ($66 USD). Stripe will convert pricing and payment to your own currency if you decide to register.

By the way, we’ve also moved the blog to a brand new website, same url. If you’d like to recommend the course to anyone, you can send them to the website at www.crappychildhoodfairy.com

I hope to see you in the course!
